Before booking your wedding dress alterations with Stitched Up have a read through the following:
You will need three appointments to complete your bridal alteration process. Should you only need minor tweaks or you need a little more work that anticipated we will adjust your appointments with you during your first fitting. If you’re travelling a distance to get to us we do offer a same day service, please contact us for more information.
Fill in the booking form then keep an eye on your emails for our reply - we always reply, even if we’re fully booked - so make sure you check your junk folder too. We aim to get back to you within 5 working days of receiving your booking form. It’s well worth giving us a follow on socials too, we keep you updated if there’s a delay on response times.
A £25 appointment fee is charged to secure your appointments. Once dates have been confirmed we will send a secure payment link to the phone number you provided on your booking form. Please note that your dates are not confirmed until the payment has been received. If the payment has not been received within 48 hours of request we will allocate these appointments to another bride.
*This deposit is non refundable if you cancel your appointments, you are a no show or you choose not to use us for your alterations.
We can accommodate one guest to bridal appointments. This allows our bridal seamstresses to offer our brides the best possible service with space to carry out the work required.
Please do not attempt to bring more guests to your appointment as they will be turned away. We do not allow guests to swap in & out of the appointment.
Sticky fingers + wedding dresses don’t mix.
We adore little ones at Stitched Up but appreciate the care and attention that they need. Therefore, children under 16 are not permitted in the studio.
